THE PITCH - 7) Mise-en-scene - Location & Setting- By Eyvelin

Mise-en-scene-Location&Setting 

 

Location1-City and Islington College

We will use location 1 for

• Establishing the settings
• Main characters cross paths
• Main event occurs in one of the settings
• Creating a teen environment/ school atmosphere, students, classrooms etc in order for our target audience to relate
• A shot of both characters as they walk into the building will be included

Setting1-College hallway

Where our main characters cross paths

Jefferson bumps into Amy, who drops her books

Setting2-The elevator



                                                           
 

Where the main event occurs

We will include a shot of the actress getting inside the elevator

and her stalker, Jefferson after her

The sequence will end as the doors close leaving the audience in shock

Location2-Jefferson's house

We will use location 2 

to film  Jefferson in his room

and him walking out of the buliding

Setting3-Jefferson's room

This will be included at the beginning of the sequence, where

we are going to have close ups of Jefferson and him being 

obsessive over Amy Line's photos, which will help us create 

an overall impression of what  the movie is going to be about. 

Location3-Amy Line's house

 

We will use location 3 to film Amy Line in her house and her walking out of the room.

Setting4-Amy's room
This will also be included at the beginning
of the sequence, we are planning to have shots
of Amy getting ready while Jefferson is getting ready
and cleaning his knife
