Blog Post 2

During the preliminary project I developed many skills such as:
-Using the 180 degree rule correctly and efficiently, I was particularly good at this as I understood how it worked.
-I also developed my teamwork skills as I had to listen to what my group members had to say and incorporate their ideas into our movie.
-Whilst filming I developed my acting and recording skills.
-Whilst editing I developed my editing skills in terms of learning how to cut clips and merge them with other clips to get a smooth clip.

My film was very successful as me and my group were good at showing someone walking through a door or sitting down from different angles. We were also good at keeping the 180 degree rule whilst two actors were having a conversation.
If I were to complete this task again I would make sure that the lighting is the same in every shot as the change of lighting ruined the quality of our movie.
I have learned that storyboards and shot-lists are very important when making a movie as they help keep you organised and they also help you when it comes to planning how many of the same shots you want at a different angle.
