Zombieland- This title sequence was before the movie
The title sequence tells you about the plot of the movie which is that zombies take over America and you can only survive if you follow certain rules. It also gives you a sense of the movie genre which I would guess is thriller/comedy. Like all title sequences it gives you the name of the movie in big bold letters. It has an animation of the earth turning into an area where humans shouldn't live. Over most of the title sequence the main character speaks over what is happening as if he was the narrator and he tells a joke once in a while. The title sequence links directly to the movie because when the title sequence ends the movie begins with the same scene as if the title sequence introduced us to the story. It also shows the name of the company which produced the movie but they do it in a way which links to the movie, because the movie is linked to destruction the letters/words will appear then get knocked down by a zombie or falling body. The music also links to the theme of the movie to give dramatic effect. Lastly the title sequence ends with a zombie breaking the screen as if it was coming out of the screen, this is used to make the viewer 'jump'.

22 jump street- After the movie
The title sequence for this movie is quite different from most other title sequences because it shows ideas for future movies e.g. 23 jump street however these movies ideas are mainly parodies. It shows the names of the producers and the name of the movie like every other title sequence does and it shows this in bold letters. It has music in the background that links with the genre of the movie which is comedy and youth. The title sequence is also comedic which relates to the genre of the movie. It shows the main actors names and their characters names. It gives the viewer a sense of the movies genre. It shows a unique thing that I don't think many title sequences show which is a scenario that shows what would happen if a different actor acted the role of one of the main characters. It shows action figures and a video game for the movie and it shows the original movie that this movie was based off and the new characters meet the old characters. It shows the movie company and lastly it shows what happens at the end of the movie at the end of the title sequence.
