Target Audience
A target audience is a particular group at which a product such as a film or advertisement is aimed at. Target audiences include things like age, gender, class, ethnic group and interests.
For my research about target audiences I went onto you.gov and found out the audience profile for Thriller movies as that is the genre that my group have chosen to make our film opening for.
This is the typical person who would watch the film "Jurassic Park" As you can see it is a male between the ages of 25 and 39 who likes watching TV, playing video games and looking after pets. 
This is someone that would watch the film "Shutter Island". They are male also between the ages of 25 and 39. They like video games, boxing, movies and have an interest in the NHS
This is someone who watches the film "The Hunger Games". They are female aged 18 - 24 and like music, the internet, movies and Paris.
